📋 Project & Submission Requirements

🕓 Submission Deadline: Sunday, October 5th, 2025 at 16:00 (4:00 PM) EST

📍 Where to Submit: On Devpost (include your GitHub repository link)

  • Clearly indicate which challenge/theme you are submitting for.
  • Include all relevant links (GitHub, Figma, PPT, code, etc.) so judges can review your work.

⚠️ Important: Submissions without a GitHub link will not qualify for prizes.

For GitHub projects, judges will check your commit history. Please start fresh, no old or recycled projects allowed.

🧭 Code of Conduct
  • Treat all participants, mentors, sponsors, and volunteers with respect and kindness.
  • Collaborate in good faith: share knowledge, listen actively, and celebrate each other’s work.
  • Keep discussions and projects free of harassment, discrimination, or offensive content.
  • Use technology ethically and follow applicable laws and university policies.
  • Respect the venue, equipment, and staff — clean up your workspace.
  • Organizers reserve the right to take action (including removal from the event) if behavior violates these expectations.
🔒 Privacy & Terms
  • By registering, you consent to Tech-Nol-Hack organizers collecting your name, email, résumé (if submitted), and other registration info for event administration.
  • We may share your résumé and relevant information with partners and sponsors so they can learn more about your skills or reach out with opportunities related to the event.
  • Photos or videos may be taken during the hackathon and shared on Technolgap’s platforms. If you prefer not to appear, please inform us in writing before the event.
  • Submitted projects remain your intellectual property, but you grant organizers permission to showcase them (with credit) in event recaps and promotions.
  • You agree to comply with the Code of Conduct and follow staff instructions for a safe, inclusive event.
